Here's my latest.

Every woodsball unit needs a SAW or "Squad
Automatic Weapon" and this one fills the bill.
Outfitted with a Flatline barre, E-Grip and Bi-pod for
stability and enhanced with other add ons, this
marker is the perfect addition to any well-equipped
scenario team.

I tried something a little different this time and used
only flat black....I kind of like the way it turned out. I
didn't paint the hopper, the cyclone feeder or the grip.
It just wasn't necessary.

Sweetness. Although I think you should add a red-dot or reflex sight instead of the H-bar or mount it on to the H-bar some how. Also I have always thought it would be cool if someone would slap a Beta C dual Drum mag on to a milsim. But thats just me. 9/10 overall.

Yeah, I realize that but I just consider it to be a Squad
Automatic Weapon. And yes it does have an E grip
installed! The M-249 is a vastly different weapon.
maybe SAW isn't the name for it...

Another nice one man. I would like to see a "family" photo. Just some ideas I'll throw out. If you want to call it a SAW you should find/mod a drum mag, which would look a bit more unique and give it the higher cap look/feel, plus use the SAW stock, overall still not an accurate copy.

M-249 S.A.W.

Your A-5

Don't get me wrong here, i like your marker, but when you say its a Mil-Sim SAW people will expect it to look like one.

I can understand where you care coming saying that since you have the egrip, you are the "SAW" of your unit, but by that respect, anyone with an E-Marker has a saw.

Now if you had the SAW Can Magazine instead of the M-16 Clip, Handgrip sight, and stock I would say, nice SAW Mil-Sim, but with this I cannot.

As i said though, nice looking marker, the Matte Black is a really nice touch, i might try that with my marker.

Sheesh! Ok, ok! it's not a SAW! it's just an A-5 in
matte black. I agree guys!!! LOL

no all saw means is squad automatic weapon it doesn't have to be a m-249

with the flatline it looks like a cross between a m-16 and a browning watercooled browning 30cal. maxim gun and the bipod looks like a 1918 A2 B.A.R(browning automatic rifle) and i like all those guns

nice job 9.5/10

I like the paint job and mag but I'm not to big on the bipod. Good start but I wouldn't hesitate to scrap the bipod as soon as you find out whan a pain in the rear it will be in the woods.

I would trim down the carry handel so you can use you hopper better...or drop it all together...it's only dead weight without a sight.

Come on guys, quit beating a dead horse!

The real problem with this whole topic isn't about the silly mil-sim looks, ITS THE NAME...Squad Automatic "Weapon". This is paintball, not war! If you guys keeping running around calling these mil-sim MARKERS "weapons", you're asking for big trouble!

I can't believe someone hasn't mentioned this yet. CGO out..

very nice gun. the clip doesn't matter because the m-249 can take clips, drums, or linked bullets. maybe even clips, but i'm not sure. at least it beats the m-16 and their replicas. the real one jams and is old, and the replicas are way too common. overall very nice set up,
