So, I was driving along a local road today, when this 94-ish civic pulls up next to me. Inside are these two black guys, and the car has this obviously cheap arse exhaust system (you know that high-pitched ricey sound) and altezza tail lights.
I'm trying to hide my laughter (I like my skin bullet free, thank you), and the guy shifts into nuetral and revs his engine... while he's going down the middle of the road. Hmm... Anyway, he revs for a bit staring at me, and yanks ahead. At the next stop light, he starts looking at me and revving his engine again. I'm pretty tired of this, so I roll down my windows, and jack up the stereo to the point of inner ear explosion (for those of you who don't know me... I put a "fairly large" chunk of money into my car's audio) Needless to say I wish I had a camera. ------------- <Replaced gigantormous sig with strike, good trade.> |

Actually you can have a sound system on a bike....Ive seen several pics of a bike wit a sound system, I even saw a sound system on a wheel chair....head unit, cd changer, 4 speakers, 2 subs and 2 amps. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

| heh... my friend put a couple subs in his car... not the greatest... but still makes it sound better. anyhoo we were coming back from the warped tour and we pulled up next to some white kid in a wannabe ricer who was listening to techno. needless to say we didn't want to listen to his techno. so we put in some metal cd that we just picked up and cranked it w/ the windows down. twas fun... twas fun... |

i drive a neon, and my audio system can be heard from a block... or so. nobody leaves me alone. ricers are really annoying...
i have a pair of 3-way poineer 6x9's (200 watts) running off some crapppy amp, its a 400 watt 4 channel but i need new fronts.... and i have a pair of 12" subs (450 watts) running off a poineer 760 watt amp. and a cheap pioneer head unit. |

I bet I have the worst sound system of anyone of anyone on the forum, not to mention the slowest vehicle. But at least its pimp to look at.lol The wonderful jeep sound system. I have 4 speakers, but the front 2 dont work so the only sound comes from 2 4-5 inch wimpy speakers in the back. lol terrible system, I have to turn it the whole way up just to hear it while goin down the road. I keep claiming Im gonna do something serious with it when I get the money, cause jeeps can stick speakers everywhere. Id really like to get a whole new set of Regular speakers. like the ones that go in the normal areas. Then throw an over head sounds bar in on the roll bar. Then throw in al those extra speakers, like you can get some that go just inside the door in the unused space. Get a console with a sub in it. The speakers that go in front of the gear shifter where nothing goes. Then the ones in the back between the seats and wheel well. Then a big sub in the back. Of course this is all wishful thinking cause IM never gonna have that kinda money. Ill just stay with my pathetic system. lol -Kasey -------------

My friends blazer is crazy, he has 4x15s in the back, and about 12 or so diferent speakers up front for mids and highs, a digital EQ processor, and some $1100 deck, rather insane. in my neighberhood if you come up with a sound system tumping your going to get a hole lot o (poop). muffler systems are the best. i just got my hands on some simistacks to put on my truck ------------- a5 response trigger polished internals 14in lapco bigshot |

Heh, you have to give respect to get it from me anyway. JBird- Kenwood 1200W amp My bud set up the sound for me so all the bass goes straight to the subs, and so the subs in the 6x9s don't even move, they just get the tweeter.
