dude...300 pounds? im not a very mean person (most of the time) but serioulsy...there is a point when working out becomes like....well, what you need to do. But seriously, I feel sorry for people who weigh more than.............. me, Im 269 and im freakin big, but Ive seen people pushing 350 and one guy I know is even pushing 4-450................ sad. C'mon now guys, don't make fun of him If your really fat, exercise...I gained 10 pounds and weighed about 120 pounds because the doctor gave me some weird medicine for my poison ivy, and it made me gain weight like crazy! But eating right and exercising will make you lose weight in no time. Salads worked for me pretty well, and like Turkey sandwiches and low fat foods. I didn't eat chocolate or candy of any sort. Breakfast was like - nothing, orange juice, or milk Lunch - salad, or turkey sandwich Dinner - salad, or turkey sandwich Exercise - Weights, crunches/sit-ups, running, swimming I lost the 10 pounds in no time |
