Just store them in your basement.

keep them in a dry, cool, dark place. Also rotate them 1 or so every other week.

i store mine in a .50 cal ammo can. but if you have more than it can hold, look for a morter tin.

ok keep them in a dry, cool place and turn the bags over every once and a while so the paint doesnt get old and stay to one side. keep them cool, and try to avoid any moisture getting into the bag.

also i keep my paintballs in the frige and it works just dandy. make sure the fridge isnt too cold though.

you cant freeze a paintball into a solid ball, the shell can get harder but it wont be solid.

however you will ruin them if you refridgerate them or freeze them so just keep em cool if you can and just flip the bag over and roll them around a bit once every day or 2 and youll be good

Keep it in a cool dry place but just dont stack any other boxes on them (Its a mess).

Its really not that hard. I got balls when I bought a Model over 4 years ago, and they are still shootable.

Yanno those little oxygen absorbing packets you find in food packages sometimes. You can buy those, keep them in a plastic bag with the balls in their origional bag if you can. And rotate the bag every time you walk by like everyone else said. plus the cool dry place bla bla bla you get the point.
happy hunting

Freeze them over the winter, and before you want to play let them thaw out.  No need to rotate or bother with.

do you realize how cold you have to get them before they will freeze?
forget that idea, put them in a bucket or whatever and just flip it everyday. if you are too lazy to flip them then just give them away and start again in the spring.

get some rubbermaid storage tubs, about the size of a case

As long as the bags are unopened leave them in their boxes. Seal up open bags the best you can, and then store them in the tubs
