pros and cons to my new idea of putting the drop forward on backward

co2 98c

1 its of of the freakin way
2 it balances the gun
3 it keeps the co2 a gas not a liquid when you hold the gun down
anyother responses am i crazy or cool

how does that possible balance a gun????

All the weight would be toward the front. Plus you have extra hosing in your way.

actually i designed a drop forward basically along those lines for the a-5. a company called NEW DESIGNS is currently in the process of marketing it. check it out in a few months when it comes out

THE HOSING IS SIMPLE JUST 4 INCHES  AND ITS NOT IN THE WAY AT ALL  AND YES IT PERCECTLY BALANCES THE GUN  THE WEIGHT IS OFF THE BACK AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY LOOK DOWN THE SIGHT MASK AGAINST GUN

I GUESS I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET A PICTURE ON THIS THREAD

ummm how would it ballence still? also i think it wouldnt be very effective because it would bring it closer to your body.

yeah, that isnt the greatest idea...just use a drop forward...they're made to balance out the gun, so if you mess with it, it won't work...duh.

My friend did that. He said it worked awesome.

How big of a drop are you talking about here?

No your just shifting all of the weight towards the front of the gun.

You take 2 people, with the same build, and one has the backwards drop and the other doesnt, let em play for a good 4 hours, you'll see which is the better idea.

ok crack head!!!!! bull horn in the butt man

try it and respond to this thread it does balance out the weight it actually puts the co2 closer to the front than if you leave the drop forward the original way.

ya just like me i dont get your whole ballence thing, and if u didnt want any liquid co2 in your gun you would get a coiled remote, expansion chamber, or just get HPA

ok dude dont get all worked up over but geez...

i dont think itll balance it out but itll look kool.  i mean when u put the barrel (it doesnt seem that heavy but ud be surprised) the hopper full of paint, and the tank on the front of ur gun then it wont balance it out but itll be a whole lotta weight in one area.  ull be able ot hold it out away from u instead of haveing the tank on ur shoulder or ull be able to get it closer.

ok i just left the computer and tried it with my a5 (32 degrees prostyle drop) and it put the tank about midway up on my barrel (which is 14 inches long). it made it so heavy it was un belivable but it looked awesome.
