no, cockers are overated IMO.  They are a lot more maintance and trouble than any other marker on the marker.  I am not saying they are crap because they are super accuarate and I know plenty of guys that could tear me and my DM4 up with a mechanical cocker ... but for the average JOE cockers are not going be that great.  If you do get a cocker ... I think I would go with WGP ... or a company like Shocktech who only uses WGP bodies.

If you are playing woodsball keep your marker ... if you are going for speedball ... your best bet would be trading it for an Impulse since they are probably the best marker at the 3-400$ mark.

WGP cockers as I and Ghille man stated are the way to go.  It will take a little bit of time and probably a bit of frustration at first.  But once you learn everything it will be just like maintaining any other marker.

I have to disagree with him about a Bushy over an Impulse.  At first I didn't like Impulses cuz they were all over the place and everyone had them ... but there is a reason for that.  From everything I have seen it's worth it to spend a little more and get an impulse over a Bushmaster.  Bushy's have not impressed me at all with their quality.  Just my opinion.  Impulses are a good choice for a durable fast/queit electro.

I would keep your A-5... Just cause it seems like you play woodsball. If you play speedball then go with a WGP cocker not a System X.
