Yes, you can use HPA with out any upgrades as long as the tank puts out 800-850psi AKA a high pressure tank.

Yes you can put a HPA tank into most guns. There are very few guns that will not take HPA. As there is a ASA adapter your good to go. What kind of gun do you have?

 Low pressure tanks just means that the output pressure coming from the gun is low pressure.

If a gun is designed for LP, then optimally an LP is better.  Yes, you can use an HP tank on an LP gun, but that means the LP reg on the gun would have to work harder for consistency.  For best performance, use an LP tank on an LP gun, or get an adjustable tank regulator.

That's also not true there is not reason to buy a LP tank over a HP. The HP would be better the higher psi output would have better reacharge rate than the LP.
