I know a kid just like that at my school. He's like 6'6" so I can't really do anything but he says he has an angel and a "nitrous" tank. He thinks that some brand called Autococker makes angels. Someone mentioned the boy who cried wolf. Do like in the story. After all his lies call him on some and then just quite listenin to him altogether. Hopefully he'll realise that you know how full of crap he is. Then when he's talking to someone call his lies on him to make him look stupid in front of them.
