whats better:

1. 14" dye boomstick

2. flatline

3. 16" J&J ceramic barrel

which one would be better? i have friends that each swear by a different one but i like the J&J one a little more

dye is a little better than the jj, but for the cost, i would go for the jj.

flatlines are great in woods, you really get the advantage of shooting farther. they are really accurate too.
i wouldnt recomend the 98c flatline because its real complicated, but the a-5 flatline is nice and simple. so depending on the gun you have i would get the jj or the flatline.

Dye is best, disregarding price.

Down with flatline.

The JJ is has superior performance for its considerably low price, it does not perform as well as a boom stick or a flatline.

The Boomstick is unqeustionably the most accurate of the three barrels, but its price tag of $120-$160 is prohibitive.

The Flatline is cheaper than the Boomstick and better performance than the J&J, but it is also not cheap ($105). It's primary advantage is range, but it also is fairly accurate. The A5 Flatline has a superior design to the Model 98 Flatline. The Flatline also requires a little more knowledge to use correctly. Many players who lack such knowledge dislike the Flatline because they have never been taught how to properly use one.
