I want to purchase a palmer stabalizer and i am not clear what all i need to get it up and going. Any suggestions? I would probably get the male because that is what everyone suggests but if the female is a better choice, please tell me and also wat it would need.

Vertical Adaptor and 2 90 degree elbows, thats all.

Any insight of which one would be more comfortable to the average player? I know it is up to how it feels to me but i just want recomendations.
