Getting scammed sucks, I lost $724 this summer getting scammed. My advise, definantly don't do anything with anyone who emails you off of ebay about something on ebay. Either do it through ebay, or don't do it. That's how I got scammed.

There are a bunch of Cockers for sale over on pbvids.com. Milkman
(not the milkman from over here), Micky D, and some other kids are
trying to sell their cockers (ProStocks, mostly blue) for really low
prices. Check out the B/S/T over there.

Use PayPal. Seriously. I got back $275 from a guy who tried to scam me, and went out and bought another 'cocker 2 weeks later with that same cash.

Also, here are a few things to look for:
-Feedback: The higher it is, the better seller/buyer the person tends to be. You can check their buyer/seller feedback both together and seperately on ebay by logging in.
-Positive feedback percentage: The higher, the better. If it's under 95%, I will never bid, rarely if it's below 98% in fact. Try to buy from big stores too (ebay power/gold/plat sellers).

i would say you're safe with ebay if you:

have paypal

paypal is accepted in your order

the person selling has a good selling %

the person selling has quite a few sales

this is how you can be the most sure that you arent getting scammed. also with paypal you can get your money back if you dont get what you ordered. this is how you will be protected the most. otherwise i would have to say go with what they said if you really are insecure about ebay.com even though i told you all of this stuff. ebay can either be your friend or your enemy. be carefull and good luck.
