Ok so anyway, i used to use Co2 and i had macroline and it leaked a bit. To fix it i had to move the line around to get it to seal. I just recently switched to Hpa a few months ago, and just recently swithed my new gun over to macroline. Now problem is that it still leaks and i need to move it around... Now could the Co2 have damaged the fittings, Do i need new ones? OR Does macroline always do this?

Any and all help will be appreciated

i hate macroline too it blows the only reason people use it because it reduces weight by an un noticable 10 to 20 grams so just get steel braided like me

I find macroline easier to use, more manuvereable and easier to cut to size. I've never had a problem with it leaking of blowing. Maybe its an or ring of some kind in the Quick Disconnect.

You may have also cut your macroline a bit too short, you should have
quite a hard time getting it into the fitting if you've got it cut to the right
side. You want the macroline to reach all the way down into the fitting as
far as it will go.

EDIT:

In my experience, macroline is nicer for taking things apart. You can just
pop the line in and out when you disassemble your marker or swap parts.
This is the real advantage.

braided steel is dang near indestructable.  take your gun into your local pro-shop and have them measure the distance for a new line.

I know some one who's Steel Braid blew open.  I laughed.  But I really like how durable it is, it's just not flexible.  I've never used Macro-line.  Want to try soon tho.

I've heard some bad stories about macroline. The stories were enough to keep me from buying it. I always liked steel braided. What length of steel braided hose were you looking for?

well no way the line is too short it actually loops around a bit because im going to switch colors and never really made and effort to cut it so that cant be the problem.

make sure that the metal fittings that you have screwed into your gun are very tight, if they aren't and you attach your air source it will leak around the metal peices and give you the allusion of a leak around the macro. So make sure the  is tight...

Buy new fittings and Macroline and never use macroline with Co2 lets think Co2 is below freezing at times then you use cheep plastic no wonder it busted your macroline up just stick with the steel braided

I use Macro on my A-5 but Steel Braided on my Orry, I dunno why, it depends on the gun for me. Never had a problem with either of these, try getting new fittings for your macro though

macro is great untill it starts to leak. then its all down hill from there. i had macroline, untill it leaked, and i tried to fix it but the fittings were seized. so i got my stock ss line and bent it to fit it as you can see in my sig.
