I wrote a letter to Tippmann about fixing the forums and suprisingly I got a response.

Tech@Tippmann.com

"ACTUALLY, WE'RE LOOKING INTO IT."

So maybe help is on the way?

EDIT: BTW this is the letter i wrote to them (Reb, sorry about the oncee a month comment. I didn't know you came that much. Sorry)

Dear Whom This May Concern,

I am writing this email to you today because I am concerned about the loss of respect and dignity of the tippmann forums. The Tippmann Forums use to be the most respectable forums out there among all others but is slowly dieing everyday because of delingquents constantly spamming, posting porn, cussing and ect. Without the ip ban not working, we cannot keep these misfits away causing many tippmann forumers disgusted and leaving. You have to remember that a lot of these forums like my
self are kids and came to learn about the sport. How will Tippmann
look when a parent sees their child looking at the forum and see porn
and cussing? Other than the ip ban not working, the star system isn't
working. As of now on the forums, we only have 1 active moderator and
2 mods that drop in about once a month (Reb CPL and Sandman). Since
we can not appoint new moderators, this will lead to huge future
problems other than the ones right now. Enos_Shenk puts up with so
much crap everday I don't know how he does it. If it wasn't for him
the forum would be deserted because all of the members would be fed up with the the crap that is posted daily. You also have to remember
that the Moderator job is voluntarty and Enos does this out of the
goodness of his heart. What happens when he stops moderating and
cleaning up the nonsense that happens on the forum? Then we would be truely screwed. Please. Please help us. What do we have to do to
fix this?

Well.... I guess you got me on that one but my sig isn't that bad and its nothing the kids haven't seen on daytime cable tv

Please, when sending a letter that you try to look smart in, spell check. It is "etc" not "ect" and this was just plain poor: "Without the ip ban not working" Self contradictory?

That would suck if that was Tippmann's solution to solving the forums (get rid of it). I think they need to realize that if they took care of it, this could be very benefical to the company.

Well... this is the #9,482,393,742.84 Letter sent to Tippmann Tech about the Website.

Nice thought but it will get you know where... They still havn't responded to my letter about a Diffrent LPR for the E-bolt, and that was in like July or June...

I think we need to send emails to Tippmann about how every single email response they send is in all caps with no attempt made to use grammar. I sent them a question about something and all I got was "SORRY THAT INFO IS N/A". Plus I've had a lot of trouble making myself understood to the person on the other end in the past.

And ilovepaintball... just because something is on TV doesn't mean it's right. I think any sig that is that suggestive should be at least considered for editing. Like Hades said.. she looks like she's in mating position.

I know plenty of parents (non-Christian, fairly liberal parents who don't really mind the things that I think of as the 'downfall of society') who would flip if they saw their kid looking at that picture.

Yet you have made no comments about hades sig, or daves, or choopies. All of them are scantily clothed males, which are taboo far more commonly than women in the same situation.

arbitrary places, and collecting it all into one sub forum would be\
most beneficial to everyone.\
I believe I had another suggestion, but it has been lost to my\

Tippmann's too busy trimming fat to spend time on this privilage we have here.

They'll probably make a FAQ answering all of the newb questions that many regs. are tired of answering and scrap the forum. Problem solved.

Well, Tippmann is moving there Headquarters soon so there last concern is there puny little forum... There is Also a Whisper of a E-bolt2 Coming this next summer but its just all hear say right now... Its ganna be like there Former E-grip for the 98c but 10x much simpler to install, and you will still get the Same pbs as you would with the E-bolt....

But remember... you didn't Hear this from me.

Heh... Everyime I ask Tippmann users in this town if they have ever been on there message board they get really confused, and think its kinda retarted. Everyone in this town is either part of pbnation, or pbreview.

you people are so foolish... tippmann makes this for free.. correcT? they're losing money proboably close to half a mil at minimum to keep this forum running... and you are complaining?
