I've always wondered if dinosaurs could be cloned. So, post your opinoun on the matter.
EDIT: Also, i ment to add "they will be cloned, just not in my lifetime" -------------

Not complete full dinosaurs. I dont think thats possible, but i think finding near complete DNA strands and then filling them in with similar DNA is possible. -------------

It can't be that hard, they can get DNA from fossils and amber (like jurassic park) and then fill them in with other animal DNA. Who knows, maybe it's already been done. -------------

Except that it's more like avian cloning, and so it's a lot more difficult than Jurassic Park (read the novel to see what I mean). Something about white vs red blood cells. Even if they did clone them, which may be possible (I don't know), most likely there won't be much we could learn from them. The difficulties of living in a totally different atmosphere and all might just kill them. To make it even harder, I don't think anyone has even come close to recovering a full strand of DNA from dinosaur remains or mosquitoes. Maybe they'll do it. I can guarantee someone will raise a fuss over the issue of if it's an abomination to God or whatever.. meh. Maybe it is. We'll find out, won't we? ------------- Is God real? Can you imagine how hard it would be to take down a T-rex... a .50
round hitting it would be like a a .22 hitting a human in the arm..
