We hosted another college tourney this fall, and I finally put up a gallery. UNO, Texas A&M (two teams), UNT, and ourselves (LeTourneau Turbulence, we also had two teams) were in attendance. Our A team took second, and A&M's B team took first. We were all surprised when AMB beat their own A team, and they only staled out one game--won the rest. I may post a video or two later, we did get a few games.

Some sample pics:

Be sure to dig the gallery, a dude from our school named Forrest Cavale took the pics and they're awesome.

Oh yeah, and props to UNT for playing...they just started out but they had great attitudes. I just noticed that one of their back guys didn't even have a pack...just stuffed pods in his pockets...

UNO does and they're pretty good...at least, good enough to have a sponsorship from TAG (hence all the flys they shoot) and so forth...although we beat them both games at this tourney.

About the Omen: The backblock cycles just like a cocker. It handles just about like an Electro cocker too. I never had any problems with it (have since traded up to a pimp) but some other people have...IMO, they just didn't read the manual...

It was killer...we played better than ever before and beat UNO, which felt awesome hehe. They shoot ungodly amounts of paint, but as you can see they don't play very tight, so it evens out...

Now I'm stuck with a choice between UNO and this trade school for game designers in North Platte.

I'm sure I could handle UNO...I've built up a tolerance to indoctrination over the years.

Personally, I would run with a more "real" school and pick up the same courses as the trade school where possible, just because that way you have an education that you can use in more places.

Very nice!!!   Sounds sweet.

BTW, you still have an open invitation to come to Dallas to practice us... I can probably set up several other teams to come out as well.   If you guys come ( http://www.farmersbranchpaintball.com - www.farmersbranchpaintball.com ) I can get your field/air fees waived.   Bring your own paint.

Whoa, I forgot about that. We drove about an hour to Tyler so we could practice Shogun (which was a blast) this fall, so we're willing to go a little out of our way for some good competition. We're more or less done for the semester but a little indoor balling in mid-january after christmas break would be sweet. BYOP and free fees would be totally killer and easily motivation to go out for a saturday or sunday...sat might work best lol. Do you guys have a team site or anything? Also, if you could email me at jamespray AT letu.edu I could hook you up with my team captain and you guys could talk details.
