I recently got a lapco barrel adapter(spyder to cocker) and I put it on my cocker and now I can unscrew it.  Any help or suggestions?

Sounds like you over tightened both the barrel and the adapter, wrap a towel or rag (to prevent any damages) around the barrel and use an adjustable wrench and slowly turn it, next time...use some anti-seize grease on the threads....you can pick up a tube or can of anti-sieze from any auto supply store.

just loosen up ur front block, sometimes a barrel wont screw out or all the way in if ur front block is just even a bit uneven.

if its a 2 piece, then screw ur front in really tight, then fastly unscrew the back and it should come out too.
