To everybody that hates Halo 2, you need to experience a Halo 2 lan party. It is so much fun, you guys have no right to diss the game until you experience one of these. Heres some pics of my last one that i went too..

dont want to go to one. people at my school alwys have them... no matter what i will always hate halo 1 and 2 and w/e others there will be...i hate xbox in general -------------

Halo 2 freaking rocks. I just got done playing on XB Connect for the last 3 hours straight. I've been addicted to the game for the last month.... I think it turned me into a nerd, honestly. I've always loved the games/plot, but, wow, I've never been so into a video game before. I still haven't had a Halo2 LAN party... well, other than 4 of us on one xbox hooked up to the XB Connect community. A guy from the football team held one at his Grandma's house. She was dead, so we had the house all to ourselves. It makes the game fun, but still isn't anywhere near what everyone proclaims it to be. The best part was the 2:00 AM Waffle House run. -------------

Considering that LAN parties are supposed to be for COMPUTERS, that sounds like a good idea. *wonders when everyone will wise up to the idea that an X-box is just a computer minus 90% of the functionality* ------------- Is God real? You'll find out when you die.

I played halo2 at a lan party, it just made me dislike it more. It made me realize that all the halo 1 lan parties created my boredom for halo in general. I bet it was because I played with a bunch of idiots. ------------- |

I Dislike lan party's seems like a Nerd Gathering, and Everytime we
have one some one steals somthing(not like a plate or a Soda, more like
a Diamond Ring or somthing) Also people Never Help clean up after one
they just run home pretty much when I mention the word "clean" So I
Stop Letting people have them at my House... But a KillZone lan party is Diffrent though... Seems like Everyone is in a Good mood when we play that Game Instead of it being like a barnyard. -------------

I want to do that sometime, but not at my house.
I think the most people I've ever played with at once was 8. Since I should be getting cable internet soon, I'm thinking I'll get XBox live and just use that. I'm getting so frustrated with the first level on Legendary difficulty. I'm playing it by myself, and I've been stuck on this one part for about 6+ hours of playing time. It's one of the areas where elites and grunts are boarding your ship... When the last wave comes out, they're all silver and yellow. I hit one of them with a frag grenade, then three times with an energy sword and he didn't die; and there are 6 of them! It's getting to be ridiculous. -------------

What makes LAN for Pc's? Lan is local area network, and they can be with just about anything. Xbox is easier because you dont have to lug your pc to the house, you dont have to worry about power, and if you have enough tv's, you can each have your own screen. We only had 5 xboxes, you need 16 xboxes to have all the fun. -------------

yah, we have had halo parties countless times. the thing that pisses me
off tho soetimes is its like people are invincble sometimes, so
everyone starts complaining, and then it gets **edited**, but we still do
them. They're pretty fun. Capture the flag in halo 1 owns.
