Don't get a drop. They throw off the balance of the gun, and make snap shooting goofy. You've got a small tank, there's definantly no need for a drop.

Use what you feel comfortable with

If you want a 6-inch drop, by all means use it. Remember, it's your gun. You're the one who gets to use it. If it makes playing easier on you, by all means go ahead. I still use a drop on my BM, both because it looks good, and because I like how it balances

Play how you like

I wouldn't waste the money on a drop for a 9oz tank...

I myself wouldn't use my money on one either, but I think that just saying out-of-hand that he shouldn't ever use a drop is flat-out wrong

Paintball is a game of preference when it comes to guns.  Get what drop you feel is right for you.

the only purpose for a drop is to move the tank out of your way, if the tank bothers you, then get one. all the drops are the same, get one that looks kewl to you.  and someone says that the drop forwards throw off the balance of your gun, actually, it put almost all of the weight in the middle of the gun and it actually feels better to me.

I like the Check-it Speedy drop or if your looking for a bigger drop, the Check-it Super Speedy drop.  Both can be found at Paintballgateway.com .
