I dont no, but i also think this would be a good idea. So like when ur playin in a big senario game and u are attackin a base and u could throw 1 and blind them. That would be cool if it like lasted for 10 seconds. ?¿? Or is this a bad idea for safty hazard? -------------

Let me get this straight, you want to throw powerful stun grenades at paintballers? Do you have any idea how powerfull those things are? Its not throw one and everyone stops moving for 10 seconds and their fine, its throw one and you cant hear to well for a few hours depending on the power behind it. Well... i just meant like a little 1 for paintball. Notin that was gonna hurt any1 I dont want no army crap. Just like 1s that arnt that powerfull. Its paintball not war i understand that. So 1s that are on the same level as paintball. -------------

Actually some scenario games do use Flash Bangs, but most of the players are more of the law enforcement and military types and I wouldnt try using one when theres kids around who dont know what they are in the 1st place. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

Yea anything that has a mild explosion cant be safe when put around tons of excited kids. Here i'll draw up a little diagram. explosion + excited kids = no good Not trying to bash on your idea i just want to harp how dangerous this can be and how it should never be tried. |

OMG THIS IS SUCH A BAD IDEA! DO NOT MIX MILITARY ARSENAL WITH PAINTBALL! Flashbangs will daze you, blind you, and deaf you for around 3 hours. Its not like video games where it last for 10 seconds! What if some 12 year old hops on here and his daddy just happens to be some war buff with flashbangs and he goes out throwen em at ppl!!! You are an idiot for even suggesting this. Military ordinance is NOT to be mixed with paintball. Flashbangs are designed to incapacitate people for short durations, and they work by basically blowing out your eardrums. A lot of flashbang victims bleed heavily from the ers for some time after the explosion. Flashbangs can start fires as well. There's a HUGE difference between playing with smoke grenades, and using actual explosives to simulate the military experience. If you want to play army, join up. wouldnt be more effective to just throw something that doesnt explode and when the ref see's it have them keep the players from shooting for a certain amout of time

god,,, gan we stop the posts on flahsbangs,,, they are unsafe even if they

Flashbangs are made with a large dose of magnesium. There is always
danger of permanent retinal damage. They can also very easily burn
flesh if they go off too close to someone.

alright I can settle this. Let's tone down a flashbang to paintball level. Real guns shoot hundreds of times farther and the bullet moves a hundred times faster than in a paintball gun so we'll reduce the effects of a flashbang by a hundred times..... Take a disposable camera to the field Throw it and hope the flash goes off (patent pending) PAINTBALL FLASHBANGS 40$ for an authentic ------------- Tippmann 98 custom Flatline barrel Dye sticky grips Expansion chamber 32 degrees gas-thru stock and remote line. |

Its been stated enough times already....flash bangs goes bang (real loud) you go blind fer a minute and lose hearing fer awhile or permenantly and making you look like jello and its illiegal fer anyone who doesnt know crap about it....you need to be trained and certified by the local police academy in order fer it to be used in a training excercise or in a real situation where people actually do get shot by real bullets....I hope YOU WHINING WHINERS get the picture, now let this thread die in the bowels of the abyss! ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

It isnt restricted to law Enforcement, the LAPD SWAT Team has used the Flash Bangs on numerous situations, try watchin COPS sometime, they do show other SWAT teams in other cities that are using the flash bang. That being said, I jus hope no one intends in using other explosives such as cherry bombs, M80, M100, M1000....all 4 of those will not only injure a person, but it can kill a person. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

Um, the LAPD SWAT (and all SWAT, SRT, ESU, whatever their department calls them) ARE law enforcement. They are a specialised divison of their Law Enforcement Agency. Law enforcment mean police, sherrifs, federal agents, basically all types of cops. Why would you think that a SWAT team aren't cops??? |
