That sounds about right but it seems a little high...  I pay   40$ for all-day air, 1000pbs, and Admission...

That's really not bad.

Paintball is expensive. There is no way around that. In the 80's you would never have bought 1000 rounds, because it would have cost you way too much. Back then I believe the price was close to 80 cents per ball. Low-end semi-autos started at $600.

This is nothing. Don't want to sound like a jerk, but get over it. I almost never get to play because of the cost myself, but that's how the sport is. Fields have to make money somehow, and charging extra on paint and air and admissions helps cover that. Would you prefer that all the fields close down for lack of money, or that they charge prices from 1985?

When i played alot at a local field, i baught my paint from
someone else who sold me a case for 30-35 bucks. Then it was
about 10 bucks for air and admission and such. But that case
usually lasted me about 2 playing times.

At my local field i's 30 bucks for paintballs and 10 bucks for field fee and 7 bucks all day CO2. Which is crazy. If I ever open up a field I am going to have the best prices. Like 500 paintballs for 15 bucks but when you buy 1000 it's only 26 bucks! And a 7 dollar field fee with 5 bucks all day air. But you can't go too cheap because then you won't make a profit. But if you have good enough fields with air bunkers then the better players come and play and they can buy your expensive paint to practice with. Then if your area of town had enough teams then your field could host a tournament.

Lets see....20 bucks fer admission, another 20 fer a bag of 500 (field paint), 3 bucks each fer two 20oz co2 tanks and about 50 bucks fer a case 2000 of my own (RPS Premiums) and mix wit the field paint and bring my own food and drinks.

I agree it really $60 really isn't that bad. By the end of a day at a tourney or pracitce I end up paying over a $100.
