Wrong forum, but it wont blow up your gun If you have an HPA Tank (about 800 psi coming out of the tank 3000-5000 inside it) you can just hook it in, and shoot, it wont do anything bad, the internals are made to take that pressure. I would recomend getting a LPK, an HPA Tank (68/45) and a low pressure regulator, to tune down that 800 psi to around 400. Bob Long Torpedos are nice, but Palmers are the best...and the most expensive. ------------- www.model98.net

A rep @ Tippmann told me that the gun runs on about 800psi...the Low Pressure kit just makes for better efficiency (more shots per tank) and a gentler thrust on the paintball. A HPA tank will not blow up your gun...I've been using one for about 4 months...a reg is a nice feature and it's cheaper and easier to install than the LPR kit. -------------

they say 800 psi but I have never had the reg that high.
normally it runs about 650-700 |
