Alright my friend says that a regulator would get me better consistency, which means better accuracy. Is it worth it and if so where would i find the best ones?

First off what gun would this reg be for? Secondly good regs are Palmer stabs, Torpedo regs, Sidewinder, and Messiah. The Palmer and Torpedo are on the cheaper end the Sidewinder and Messiha are over $100 its up to you how much you want to spend on a reg. -------------

That is not at all what regs do. They make the flow of air going into your marker more consitant. This gives you more consitant velocity and will slightly help with accuracy.
