This was my first Automag. I bought it used on eBay for $119 dollars. I have an upgraded fancy version of it and I have an old school version of it. I prefer the old school one though. The main supply of air for the Classic mag is CO2. Fancy version first....

And now.... my pride and glory..... The ULE Automag!
I bought it for a used price but it is brand new! I paid 225 for everything but the tank, drop, and body. The guy I bought it from had found a great deal on an Autococker and went ahead and bought it. That put him in debt so he had to come up with money fast...
He had already sold his ULE body so I had to find one separately. I ended up buying this one for $85 dollars on the AO forums. I already had the WGP Torpedo drop and I already had the X-Core. Why an X-Core expansion chamber you say? Well, DOP claims this expansion chamber is built for maximum expanding of CO2, while still allowing HPA to pass by with minimum blockage. While I have the X-Valve on, the HPA runs through the expansion chamber. But if I don't have any N2, I can easily put the Classic valve on and run CO2. The CP barrel has a scratch on the inside so I need to find another barrel to replace this. The stock Cocker barrel is presently more accurate than this. Here it is....

This gun originally came with a reverse X-Valve. Since I wanted to be able to switch out the X-Valve with the Classic valve, I needed a standard, air fed right, valve. I traded it for a standard one on the AO forum. Here's a pic of what it looked like with the Reverse X-Valve....

I don't quite get what you're saying in that second edit. You want to see my ULE mag with the macro going from the left side of the drop to the right side of the valve? Or are you saying something thinking that I have the reversed valve still? I don't have the reverse anymore.

Nope, don't have the reverse anymore. Yes if you had the reverse your line would not cross over. But, umm, you could just switch your unimount over to the right side. Then it wouldn't have to cross over sides. And if you got a right air xvalve, you could swap your Classic valve and X-Valve out anytime hassle free. That's exactly why I traded for the standard one. So I can use my classic and xvalve all both on the same gun.

I have no idea how fast it shoots. Right now it doesn't have the ULT to reduce the trigger pull to -15oz so it's not at it's fastest stage. My field doesn't have a chrono that also measures bps so I will never know. And all X-valves come stock with level 10 bolts.

Your hand wouldn't touch it if it was long enough. Just get a whole foot of macro and that should clear your hand by far.

Instead of doing the valve trade in program, why not just buy a used one on AO? They go for about 180 on average with the ULT. Just look for one that's in good condition, they come along quite a bit. A guy called ClassicMagger is a dealer and whenever he gets rid of some he sells them for $220 NIB. Do you want me to give you a link next time I see a deal? Doing it this way will leave you with the same or more money in your pocket and you'll get to keep the Classic valve as a spare.

Yah, Investorguy has an Xmag. I don't think our guns are in the same league though.

Carbinefreak has a nice mag. He posted it in my, "if you have an automag, post here" thread. I'm going to go search for it....

At that time, yes. But after breaking 4 elbows I'd about had it with them. Plus it all came REALLY cheap. I could have bought it and then sold it for 150 more. I got everything for 310. And you know what? I forgot to post a pic of my warp set-up didn't I? The guy threw in a warp feed for free. All for 310. I couldn't resist...

So what can I do to make it better? The ULE Mag that is.

I was thinking maybe a http://www.themagsmith.com/cgi-bin/index2.cgi?product=viper.cgi - ViperBlade trigger and a ULT. Maybe a http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?t=161375 - Roller trigger instead. What trigger would be best? ULT is a definite buy though.

Yes. Mainly the RT Mag. For a mechanical gun its pretty light and pretty fast.

Alright. I've decided to keep the chrome Intellifeed. The pics did not do it justice and I took about 10,000 more to get 2 good ones. It really looks pimp and I have the proof here...

BTW, I just put in the order for the ULT kit and the Viper Blade trigger. This is going to be so sweet. If you didn't know, the ULT drops the trigger pull weight to below 15 ounces. All of this is possible because of my old A-5's selling. And nforcer4, I'll get you some pics to replace all the ones on your site. Those were horrible.

When I get the good pictures taken, should I replace the ones in the front or just add them in whatever post # comes next?

i actually decided to keep it a couple days ago... but just today i got 2 people tell me they were interested... and they didn't have a problem with my price so we shall see what happens. 

if the deals fall through though, i will have the best looking mech mag out there.  trust me... all i need is a karta body and a new feedneck...

notice the logic frame with black grips and trigger.  it would be sooo purdy if i don't sell it

ProCarbine, your gun is basically the same as mine. All except the rail and the homo vert frame. haha. I can't say anything about that frame, I've never held a 90* so, for all I know, I may even like it. But I doubt it.... Just wouldn't feel natural....

Yah, they are really expensive to upgrade. That's why you buy what you want in the first place. Say, a complete ULE mag. I got mine for 300. And if I bought a Classic mag and upgraded it all the way to that, it would have been, uh... if it starts at 100 like you were saying, it would be about 500 on top of that 100 from the Classic in the first place.

I have a Classic that I got off of eBay for 123. I was wanting to upgrade it but then realized how much it would be to get it where it is now. Buying a complete gun, not parts, is a lot cheaper.

I like it. I've always wanted an Emag. I like all of it but the Q-Loader. Some day I'll get the emag lowers. That is, if I still play pb and still have a mag that far in the future lol.

Is that the slug body you have on there? I've never seen it before so it must be custom.
