Hello, Yes HPA is the way to go. You can screw a tank on right out of the box. I will warn you that if your gun doesn't have the cyclone feed fix released about a year ago it may chop. if you don't Tippmann will send it to you free. You will be looking at 3000psi to stay at or under $100. Hpa will make a noticable improvement in effeciency, consistancy and overall performance of you gun. I would look at a crossfire or pure energy tank for good performance and value. http://www.pbreview.com - www.pbreview.com will give you a good idea what you can get in your price range then shop around for price. Someone is always having a special. Also make sure you get a high output press. tank. A-5's need 800psi to cycle. Size of the tank in c.u. is up to you but 68cu is the general size you see alot of.

You can probably find a Pure Energy similar steel hpa tank for under $100. Get the largest you can find in your price range, A5's are gas hogs.

Well I would go with HPA. What upgrades do you have on yur gun. If you don't then get a barrel first. My choice is a all american.

I got my gun a few days ago. Get a Draxxus 48ci 3000psi tank, its about 65 bucks, black aluminum, the carbon fiber ones are lighter, but they will go over 100 bucks.

Bottom line: Draxxus 48ci 3000psi HPA tank is awsome, and at 65 bucks, its affordable and reasonable.

I bought at a store, but here is the link: http://www.rockstartactical.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=3547 - http://www.rockstartactical.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPRO D&ProdID=3547
