4 Fly correct? I haven't heard of the best things about
them. Not that they are bad, but they haven't sold nearly as many
as the 04 speeds. I would personally say go for it though.

Wrong. Cockers don't use spool valves, but closed bolt pneumatics. Spool valves are open bolt.
