Hey guys i know this is a Tippmann forum but i thought that maybe someone could help me out. I am looking at a Impulse for speedsball( and if this helps at all i own a A-5 for woods) |
. but neways. can anyone help me out and give me some good things and bad things about this gun? and if so a link were i can find one cheep? thanxReplies:

lots of ppl on these forums use other markers then tippmanns it doesnt matter. i dont really kno about impys, but i kno ther highly rated -------------

Good things about Impy absoultly NOTHING. Bad things about Impys- They have a horrible reg thats old and out dated. Also it can't recharge fast enought resulting in FSDO (First Shot Drop Off). I have also seen (and this has happened to my team mate) the gauge on the reg compleatly blow off. Good going Sp way to go cheap on the loctite. The aluminum used to make Impys is that of Swiss cheese and recycled Pepsi cans. The Impy has no LPR and the solnoid is ghetto rigged. These two things combined will lead to an eventual full solnoid blow out. The trigger is horrible and is either to to long or to stiff. The stock feed neck makes the Empire State building look like miniscule. The stock vision eye is poop and can't detect dark paint. It has no milling making the Impy very heavy and it needs well over $1,000 to make it even near good. Don't waste your money on an Impy and don't make the same mistake I did get something different. -------------

It was an exaggeration its probably closer to $600 but thats still to much when your paying for a $450 gun. It should need only a few upgrades. O and even after you dump all that money into it theres still a 99.9% chance that it'll a poop on you. -------------
