I have a 98 custom, with a revvy, 14" smarts parts barrel, drop forward,
stock, expansion chamber. I don't know what more I should do it. I'm
not too interested in a R/T or E-bolt/grip. I'm a wood baller. Any
suggestions? thanks!

Yeah.... pretty much u have everything u need how ever HPA/Nitro/Nitrogen.... will make ur game that much better. After you get that, if ur still interested id suggest dropping the xchamber and getting a regulator. As for HPA i suggest Crossfire #1 (70ci 4500psi is nice small and get about 1000-1100 shots) Nitro Duck and PMI are another two good tanks... but try to get crossfire above all.

Edit: To run air you do need a new tank you have pretty much two option steel or fibar warp. Steel is heavy and less shots, fabar is very light.... smaller more shots but more expensive.

You do not have to get rid of the xchamber it will run just as fine with or without it. And you can in fact refill the tanks with your air compressor...

Edit:   Steel ranges from 65-100 $ they all are 3000psi
Fibar ranges from 140-220 $ some come in 3000psi but most come in 4500 psi

Copied from the A5OG--
"HPA:
Nitrogen/Compressed air/HPA(High Pressure Air): Nitrogen is basically the opposite of CO2. It is cleaner(makes up about 80% of the air we breathe), which is better for the internals of your gun. Compressed air under pressure it is a gas. This means that there is no need to worry about things freezing up. Compressed Air Systems use a regulator that is usually preset at 850psi, this means that no matter how fast you pull the trigger or how cold the tempature outside is you are getting a consistent 850psi to your gun.
The designation of 3000psi or 4500psi refers to the capacity of your tank. The more pressure you can fill it with, the more shots it can deliver. How many shots will your get? 3000psi tanks deliver about 10 shots per cubic inch (68ci = 680 shots, 47ci = 470 shots, 88ci = 880 shots, 114ci = 1140 shots). 4500psi tanks can deliver 15 shots per inch (68ci = 1020 shots, 88ci = 1320 shots, 114ci = 1720 shots). Shot fired vary with each gun depending on the type of setup you are using."

hope all this stuff help u out a tiny bit.... lol sry if ur confused...ull eventually get it

for woods, get a flatline, a r/t, hpa, which means you would have to drop yur expansion chamber, and then get a reg in place of it.

you dont have to drop the expansion and you dont have to get a reg. If u were to upgrade to HPA all u need is the tank.

Put it this way.. you have 3 options. HPA Tank, Flatline, save money. You have to make the desicion....try a search on the forum for topics on the flatline and HPA see what other ppl think/thought of them. Also if you plan on getting new gun in future.... save that money... or just play more lol. But i say got hpa because the tank last for 8-15 years, are consistant and if you want to eventually upgrade to higher end gun... HPA might be requiered. I paid 200$ for a tank/cover and do not regret one penny (im not rich... i have no job... and i buy everything i own, exceot for my house)

Your choice buddy... best bet is to go into the archives... doe a search in the froum n on pbreview.com
