yeah it is illegal have u ever read the sticker? "it is unlawful to cover or remove this sticker" it says. i wouldnt worry about it tho my place could give a damn about the sticker being ther or not btw i like that paint -------------

No if the rehydrotest date is on the sticker then it's illegal to fill the co2 tank if the sticker is removed. But its not illegal to paint a c02 tank. -------------

Did you read your post? It is unlawful to cover it or remove it. If he did NOT, then it is NOT illegal. He never said that he did, he only said his field wouldn't care if he did. He never clarified if he actually did or not. I like the color myself. Something you don't see everyday. |

speaking of painting, I have been talking about re anno'ing one of my guns and have found out that you SHOULD NOT DO IT because it involves treating a gun in an acid, this acid eats away 1 to 2 hundreths of an inch off the actual metal of the gun and will kill your preformance and cause fsdo, chronic change in velocity and 250-300 less shots per tank b/c of the extra places the gun could leak internally I just thought I should give everyone a heads up on that, because online companies will tell you the exact opposite when it can really *edit* up your gun and if you dont feel like reading that just get this Re anno'ing your gun wil eff it up ------------- forumers against people that suck j2duhr |
