Yea not a good Idea, this is the kinda stuff that gives people that hate paintball an excuse to push to outlaw it, and fireworks.

Strikes a match and tosses an M1000 at Klaus.....think fast fast foo, Klaus catches the M1000 (3/4 stick of TNT) then all of sudden all you hear an enormous explosion....when the smoke clears, Klaus is no where to be seen or found......next nitwit wit a stupid idea please step up?

ok dude you are pretty stupid.iv seen what happens when u get hit a bottle rocket,not that nice. iv seen firecrakers used as a distraction while playing form my frinds that were dead,but never had them throw at me in a game.they do make noise but only a little smoke.and if u hit someone with 1 a blown off finger, perment deafness,and other explosian related injuries.

Do you really think we're offended...kinda...by you makin an idea of using explosives regardless of size is because youre mentioning an unsafe idea to be used in paintballing and jus to let you know most of the members in the Forum are totally against such ideas and actions and we're not only here to answer questions on whats good and what is not good, we are here to help promote how paintballing is a safe sport for all.

i was by no means trying to promote the unsafe use of fireworks-heck, i wear my mask even if im shooting up single bottle rockets

but i think pyrotechnics have a justifiable use on an improvised battlefield-expecially at night-without illumination, its shoot by sound and thats never good

unsafe use of pyrotechics-gas; gasoline has no place on a paintball field or anywhere else where saftey is concerned

safe use- tossing a string of underpowered crackers a couple yards from the person whos trying to shoot you with an air rifle

i only use crackers when im lending my gun to a friend who doesnt have one...im artillery

i would never use them on a friend before testing them thoroughly, including on myself

i think a bad hit from a paintball could cripple a finger just as easy as a cracker-and my field is a bunch of jagged tin sheds with nails sticking out, and all kinds of other stuff to watch out for-up here, we're a bit more rugged, we bruise hard and heal quick

 ive never been one to assume small amounts of black powder and phosporous had disportionate amounts of power, but let me know how much you've worked with such materials, because right now, you're making what i understand to be blaise assumptions...and ive never been a fan of such

ive been hit by many a blast, even a piece of shrapnel (minor), but its nothing a cloth, duct tape, and a needle-nose pliers cant fix
