the pics look photoshopped. besides i dont think tippmann would make another gun almost exactly the same as the 98c. it just says custom pro on the side has new grips a drop (pretty sexy drop actually) a new barrel and a double trigger.
the trigger guard on the black one looks really bad and the custom pro on it looks bad too. it also appears to be at a different angle than the other one. the barrel could have easily been fixed up from an old 98 barrel that somebody modified using photoshop the letters ont eh white one appear to be a lil crooked and the trigger guard doesnt look as bad as the 1st one but its still pretty bad. also if it was a new gun that they had just released pics of wouldnt they have pics of it in the box or on a more flattering background that would apeal more to the buyer? i dont doubt that a new gun is coming out soon but what i do doubt is that this is it. now if it turns out that ur right then ill gladly apologize but once again i dont think this is it. ------------- Rockin' the Ironman Intimidator. its a custom 98 ive seen that one beforethe guy chiseled off the tippmann lettering or whatever u 98c guys have on it and he bought the lettering from some car place i think it was he called it his custom pro and was gunna make his own centerfeed and all that make it the best for speedball that whole pic is bs ------------- Building an Evil Empire... As you all already know, the Pro Custom is jus a beefed up 98c, the only difference is that the internals is the only thing thats new....me thinks its the replacement upgrade of the E-bolt....hence the reason why the E-bolt was discontinued. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

definitly not tipps new gun, and it does look photoshopped, you can see that the guns don't look like they're lying flat on the surface in the back round. Tippmann wouldn't waste their money creating something that they already made two guns based on. -------------

Compete with the Ion eh? That's a pretty big shoe to fill. What would make Tippmann guns a WHOLE lot better, is if they could be more easily stripped. No more of this unscrewing a thousand bolts non-sense.
Also, make a more durable paintjob. Use bead blasted or annoed aluminium. My A5 is practically silver now, after all the years of hardcore playing. Also, use more metal parts. I know they add to the weight, which I am against, but a metal trigger would be nice. The cyclone feed system is a GREAT invention! Take advantage of that! First link still doesnt work... I think its not the marker because: -Double trigger not in keeping with GTA engineering. -Dumb labels on side (And the Tippmann is the same color as the rest of the gun... DUHHH) -Steel Braided line too long if the drop forward is standard with the gun. -Drop forward has almost the same ASA attached to it from the old custom... probably photoshopped in (Which I am almost positive of). -Absolutely no apparent design changes (LPK, E-bolts) -Even worse looking grips than before (And what is the "E"? is it an E-grip in the 98 custom?) What you are looking at is not the results of years of R&D. But you know what, I'll eat my words/loose faith in Tippmann if this is the best they can do. And if you noticed the WAS board will fit all tippmanns SEVERAL future markers. I thought that might have been a typo but now im thinking maybe its not. i have to say if this is tippmanns new gun that i would just go to some other company or make my own stuff if they arent gonna keep the creativity cause the pro is horrible my $300 a-5 can out shoot that lousy pro neday a-5~219$ gta barrel~55$ x-chamber~40$ this gun would cost way more than that ------------- Building an Evil Empire... its obviously fake. you can see the lettering "custom pro" on the black one is terrible, obviously photoshopped; some the letters arent all there and cut off. and if they were going to make a "custom pro", i would say it would have a 95% chance of being centerfeed. custom pro=BS ------------- The A-5's days are numbered... guys the pictures in the links are fake but tippmann is coming out with a new gun and it will most likely have WAS boards in them. WAS is releasing a board for tippmanns march 1st...thats all I know....expect big things from tippmann in the future. this is not the only new marker tippmann is making...this is just another option to the 98c basically like the sniper 98 and nitro 98 etc. according to kreeper-X tippmann is releasing 3 new markers, the custom pro (which is basically an e-bolt) and modifing the cyclone and a new board for the e-grip and e-bolt from WAS letting the guns shoot up to 20 bps. -------------

My source is a legit online business that the A5OG has had as a sponsor for some time now. It was also revealed at the Shot Shot in Vegas just a few weeks back. I have a A5OG forum member who attended the event and saw the marker and the catalog from which MOST pics of the marker are taken.

This is the first of three upcoming releases. The A5 will be getting the Pro-Custom tweeks as well as new Camo reciever halves and possibly a limited edition Nickle reciever set. It's not. YOU GUYS are the ones saying it's the new gun. It's not. It's a re-package of the M98C with a new E-Grip option using WAS's new EQ board. The Custom Pro and the "A-5 Pro" will be released soon, The Custom is coming on March 7th and the A-5 may be coming in April to coincide with the A-5's birthday... It's the same as the M98c, and can come in RT and the New E-Grip (the E-grip will be MAP priced at $239)... You have no clue what you're talking about. The E-grip Pro Custom is MAP priced at $239.00 for an E-Grip... The Bone-stock Pro Custom is going to MAP out at $159 and it can be picked up with an RT for $209... I love my A-5s and I OWN four of them, but this thing will outclass all but the best tweeked A-5s... The E-grip board is programmable from 10 to 30bps... Blows the current E-grip away... The NEW tippy is supposed to be something different, I'm guessing that it's the first "speedball" specific design that they've put out... Im not sure I'm liking these new markers. Its going to put the already low resale prices of the 98C and A-5 down even further. Not to mention these new markers will kick the crap out of the current 98C & A-5.
