yes it's true...there is a new tippy coming out in march...it's called the tippmann custom pro e...from what i've heard it's an e-grip inside a 98 custom...if u ever took off the grips and looked at the outside of the handle part of the body and u saw that rectangle of whatever...i'm thinking they are also making a kit to fit to a regular 98 custom...if u look on ebay they are pre selling them for 240 ------------- everyone who wants a fast 98 custom either talk to natural newbie or buy the custom pro e |

Yes the new 98 is comming out in March, but that is because the E-Bolts are not made anymore and Tippmann had to find a new way to make them electric. There will also be 2 more projects comming out soon. One is thought to be some type of new a5 and the 3rd a new marker. Yes, Tippmann discontinued the E-bolt, hence the electronic upgrades coming out on March 1st in the so-called Pro Custom ....in other words a beefed up 98c.------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

The E-bolt has nothing to do wit Smart Parts and like I said before and too many freakin times.....the reason why the E-bolt was discontinued is because of the new internal electronic upgrades that are coming out soon and to let those who doesnt know (got the info elsewhere in the forum), the Pro Custom aka the 98c is going to be equipped wit the E-grip, jus like the one for the A5. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

Actually the new Tippmanns are not High End, theyre still in the low end category jus like Spyders. and the reason why Smart Parts created the Ion is to make a profit to those who can afford a suped up marker and not break their bank accounts. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!
