my 98 is a few years old now, and reliezed that the rear hammer has alot of slop in it. This would include side to side motion and occastional jam when firing fast. I doubt that Tippmann can help me out because i did polish the internals when i first got it, and they probably just tell me the problem was poor ownership. so i decieded to get new reciever halves, or by a new 98. unfortunatly.... i found out that recently Tippmann changed it's barrel threads on the newer 98s. right now i got a jj 12" ceramic and a flatline, i know theres an adapter for the jj, but how am i suppost to attach my flatline? does Tippmann or anyone else offer an adapter for it? do i have a chance of Tippmann repairing my gun? (it was pitted and very nasty looking when i first got it) or should i sell it all and just get an angel?  I really love my tippy and dont want to let it go, but i need some advice on this one.

Yeah, I think it works that old barrels work on new
receivers, but new barrels wont work on old ones....
not sure though....
