Does anyone know of a way I can secure a program with a pass word (on windows 98) so it will not open or run with out the proper password? Is this option built into windows 98, or will I have to download some kind of program to get this to work?

No, he wants to control access to a certan program, like Desktop Diva....um...nevermind....anyway, I think you will have to get a DLed file blocker to put a password on it, I have never heard of Windows having that capability. I doubt if you will find one, however, cause it will be really hard to get a certan file blocked so no one can get to it through any way.
