Now,I Know I Haven't been here long but Ived
Noticed People are getting Strikes for Stupid stuff like Filter Dodge,Cursing,long Sigs etc.There also Taking peoples Sigs and stuff for there sig being too large.I Noticed "Predators" and his NEPL sig and other and Which ever mod took that..Now that wasn't big at all.Most people here are 13-30 and Im sure they Curse and here there parents and You Strike or Ban people for it?Im just speaking my mind because some Strikes are ok,don't get me wrong there just doing there Job but they can ease off a little.I currently have no strikes but this may get me one.Ive also heard people say "Just obey the rules and you'll be ok" but most people are old enough to curse but my point is this place as far as ive been here needs new Mods,thats all im saying.I don't care if I get "Flamed" Its Freedom of speech. ------------- Classic Timmy CP Voluimzer Bob Long Assasins Barrel VL eVLution 2 Critical Trigger Dye Stickyz CCM Feedneck Smart Parts Ion (Black) |

This is a Company forum. Tippmann has an image it would like to present so therefore cursing is not allowed. The sig max is there for a reason. This is to be reconized as a family forum. The rules were set a while ago by a select few,lol. And the "NEW" forum is to be clean and a fun place to be, latley and i mean within the past months these rules have been stricly enforced by which ever mods feel a rule has been broken, like u said u havent been here long enough to understand and thats fine, thankyou for asking politely and not lashing out.(wich i have seeen),lol. if anyone has anymore to input feel free. ------------- Nothing is Stronger than the Heart of a Volunteer Proud to be a Soldier in the United States Army! | I disagree with you Doctor. I think that our mods do a good job. If they say cursing is wrong, then you should respect that. If you actually pay attention, they let some of them slip, but you still shouldn't do it. Also, they only let a few words slip. There are rules and rules are made to be obided by. That's that. I will probably never agree with you on this subject, but I guess you are able to contribute your opinion. |

And unfortuently, only a few are left to deal with the swarms of spammers and trolls. That about says it all...but to expand on the thought a little: We all agreed to abide by certain rules when we registered. As long as Tippmann pays the bills they get to decide what is and is not acceptable behavior here. You shouldn't blame the Mods for enforcing rules we're all supposed to be following anyway. |

This is a G rated program. It is refreshing to find a forum on the internet that has high standards, not Jr.High potty mouth lack of standards. If you can't follow simple rules, then there are plenty of forums with less class. Have you noticed how the server bogs down during peak times? Well keeping the sigs and avatars small will help prevent that. Simple rules guys, for the benefit of all. ------------- United States Marine Corps.... The rules are out there for everyone to familiarize themselves with and the mods do a good job enforcing them. Someone mentioned KRL15 earlier: I thought he was a great mod and the folks who beat him up for giving strikes to the "popular" members were out of line. Rules should apply to everyone equally. If you don't like the way the mods enforce the rules, then quit whining and go away. I think they are very fair, if I was a mod, I'd have at least one strike by now. PS: I doubt anyone is going to get a strike for politely saying what they think. -------------

You said it your self, "most people". As long as there is one person who is not old enough, we have to act like adults. When you made an account here, the first thing you did was agree to follow the rules. If you don't want to follow the rules you are welcome to leave. We have a strike system. If the mods went around booting people for having a large sig, then they would be control freaks. Honestly, getting a strike on an online forum should be the least of your problems. If you can't post without swaring or breaking rules with three chances, you really do deserve to get booted. | im new too, but id been sort of "investigating" the sport a couple of years ago. i saw a nice forum without any real problems. i signed up a little while ago because i had a tech question, and i was amazed by all the flaming. i was shocked to see that there was only 2 mods. one forum i saw on another forum had a minimum of 8 per topic. i think that we shouldnt be complianing, but should be helping out the mods by PMing them if we see some idiot messing around with a link to the page. the mods arent strict here. theyre so nice it amazes me. if i was them, i would guest someone who cusses or anything that breaks the rules, but thats just me. |

You guys just dont get it!!!! im a newbie iv been here for a month or so ind i love this forum because of its high standard of respect. yes you can still get flamed if you post stupid stuff or enything realy dumb but the point here is that i have never seen a forum with so much respect for other users. tought i dont know the mods but i would give them a big thx for there great job to keep this site as cleen as posible. Cause if you think about it you guys are the first to be pissed caus the site is slow or some like that. Well if you would obey the rules (that are simple) like smaler sigs and so, the site would work just fine so as most of us have already sayd if your not happy here your more then welcome to find an other forum thats more up to your standards w/e the are? ........ that was my opinion!!!!! ------------- Eyes up this one's for you!!! Granted Scarface was a total tool and I certinetly wouldnt cry if he got the boot, but you made the problem worse by comming back and throwing threats and swearing. Being old doesn't mean you can swear. Does your dad or mom cuss out their boos everyday at work? Or mayhaps they cuss out their co-worker? Do the kids working at McDonalds cuss you out when you change your mind on your order? The mods try their best, but this is a very busy forum. Predator, in your case you crossed the line and by the time the mods got there, they had more than one person to punish. If you would have PM'd a mod you would have guested the other guy. Yes, its a company forum. If they allow cursing, flaming, etc., then that will be a direct representation of the company, even though they are just "Loosening up a bit". They have to do their job. you people who are for cursing in a family forum need to get an IQ. Just because people SAY they are 13 or older, dosen't mean they are. i know someone who lied, and he is 11.
