My dads friend just bought a angle speed 05 from warpedsportz wit an Empire e-hopper,14" carbinfiber barrel,low pressure system i meen the works is there any way that i can make my 98c even compete wit that we play wood ball and speed ball about the same ammount so i think i'am screwed  (money has no limits) ------------- CLICK THE LINK BELOW http://model98.org">

a tippy can not compete with an angel speed wise. a 98c ram cycle is capped at 15 cycles per second, there for u can not shoot faster then 15 BPS even with an e-bolt. An angel's ram cycle is uncapped and can fire as fast as u can pull the trigger. If money has no limits, buy a new gun |

No way, even a fully upgraded 98, could compete with an Angel (especially in speedball). Save your money and buy an Angel of your own, I bought mine new for $950 two years back (03 LCD Limited Edition), still beats most other, newer guns. If you can't save up any more money, you could try an Impulse, they go as low as $400. Angels are good woodsball guns, too; fast and completely closed so you don't have to worry about dirt and stuff getting in your gun. ------------- It seems like all the cool cats do this: Custom 98, Flatline, r/t, CAR stock, custom camo paintjob, which every hopper I feel like putting on it, vertical adapter, oh dibs, I'm running out of charact |

You could get the e-bolt to bring your rof up, but that's about it. If you get into speed more you may want to look at another gun and have the 98 as your woods/backup gun. But I would mainly work on your skills. Nothing pisses top end gun owners off more than to be taken out by guy with a Tippmann a few times a day. |

an Ion can only shoot 17 BPS. Turst me, buy a new gun(an impy with I-fame) or save up some more and get the angel or an e-bladed cocker |

dude, just get a new friken gun...ION or an Impulse with tapeworm, lpr, and make wure it has eyes and a vert. Maxflow. Then later on you can get a magnetic blade trig. GET THE ION, THOUGH MARKER ARE AMAZING, now i will take my cap lock off...the ion is ligh, has an eye and caps at 17 bps..i mean most people cant even get to 17 bps to hit anyone honestly an angle that can shot 36bps is kool and all but let see you hit that with out ramping.....i say ion and u still will have money left over to buy a flatline or drugs it doesnt matter to me ------------- Mag shooter |

ok here's my suggestion and it will still fit in your $650 limit. get an e-bolt and ship it off to the angel guy ( http://www.tagsportz.com - www.tagsportz.com ) and he will put a predator board in it on your request which is the best board I have ever seen. But, in my opinion this would only be necessary if you are gonna play lots of speedball and dthink you need a high fire rate. I personnaly rely on skill, which I am a little short on right now, but if you fell you need a really high rate of fire then i would go with a predatored e-bolt setup. ------------- shootin' a stock A-5

this is no joke....Me and my friends all have 98c except one who has an automag. We are fairly new to paintball. We challended these 30 yearolds to a woodsball match. Two had angels, one had an e-mag, and one just purchased the new ion.............No joke we came 1 guy away from destroying them. I ran outta air and my friends automag got clogged. WE had them beat so bad......................................................... ........................It's the player not the gun. The guy at my paintshop could take out 100 guys with a talon.lol true dat |

15 bps is still hella fast... if u can shoot 15bps at a constant rate without chopping balls you could compete in tournys and still have a fighting chance and with some tweaking and modding u can make ur gun shoot ~20 bps -------------  |
