can you use an ion for woodsball?? or is it mainly speedball.. and what would you need for it if you would go woodsball with it? ------------- speedball/woodsball team. woodsball gun: 98c j&j ceramic 14" palmers stabalizer double trigger speedballgun: ion and dm5 no upgrades atm still deciding |

You can use any gun in woodsball or speed ball, Tippmanns are just better cause of the FlatLine barrel. But in speedball FlatLine wont really do you that good, cause you'll already have 238463897463 paintballs flying at you.

any marker can be used anywhere! just use what you're comfortable with, dont need anything special to use it anywhere. if it shoots at the right velocity use it. ------------- A gun is not a weapon... It's a tool. Like a butcher knife, or a harpoon, or...uh, a...an alligator. |

Ya the only problem is that it doesn't come in any woodsball colors. I can just see a guy in a ghillie suit running with a yellow or red Ion!. lol. But I think that w/ all its modes and stuff then it will be great. i use a bright silver gun in scenarios, just for the plain and simple reason that I WANT people to see me, so they know who killed them. So colors shouldn't really matter for ya. It is a great gun, cheap, reliable, fast, light, quiet, and an exellent piece of gear for any type of paintball. Also, the ghillie suit thing kindave sucks.
