Since i have a mag, a couple of products are coming out that WILL save the mag market.

one is the new PTP trigger fame. Uses the cocker 3 or 4 way ram to trip the sear.(i think) is very fast and soon be out some time this year. This is staying mech. capable of 15 BPS i believe

Or....

I could get the MQ valve. it replaces the classis valve and bolt and is capable of 45 cycles per second. And with this valve, a e-blade fame can be put on a mag. That would be going elctro. capable of over 18.

which one of these possible (other mag upgrades have been shot down before) upgrades should i start saving money.

EDIT: i forgot the prices.

staying mech will cost- 200 $(so far)

going elctro- aroung 400-500(so far)(includes MQ valve and e-blade)

Unless you use a barter system where you live, I'd start saving money, not food . My advice would be go electronic, it seems that the entire industry is making a move in that direction, so you should try to keep up with the flow, or get left behind.

It's kinda sad that someone needs software to fire their paintball gun.  I'd stay mech, but rig it so where the trigger resets faster.

It really depends on how much you want to spend. Going electro would give you a bigger boost in trigger speed, but is it worth the extra cash to you? Either way, you are going to end up with a marker that is plenty fast.

markers powered by "software" perform better than mechanical markers, so no, i dont see how its sad.

If the Tac One is the best marker for woodsball, why hasnt it been widely used by woodsballers, heres the reason...it resembles a speedball marker and there isnt much mods for it.

yes is resembles a speed gun but the reason why it doesnt sell very well is cuz of price. its like 400-500 dollars.
