Reinstall or update your printer drivers. Turn everything off and boot them up again. -------------

if all else just take a disc to a library/school and i didnt mean to insulte your computer literacy, but that happened to me once -------------

go into the printers and faxes section of the control panel and right click on the printer that you want to print off of and select "use printer online". if it doesnt work, make sure that all your printer stuff is connected and that it turns on. -------------

It might just be one of those stupid errors that isn't real. I used to get that, but it would print anyways...
