By the title, I don't mean the "Best" band in your opinion, but the band that has been around and kept putting out songs/albums.  From 1990-Present, who do you think has been the best at consistently putting out new music.
I would say Green Day

Greenday is a good choice.

If you want to venture out from mainstream, 7Seconds is up there.

Given this small time frame: 1990-Present; I would have a hard time comming up with an answer. 15 years inst a very big time frame.

Although I am not a hugh fan of Bono and his crew U-2 might qualify.

Metallica would be the worst band during that time frame. in my opinion.

Oh, I almost forgot Eminem. He has made huge waves.

Metallica just isnt hitting me the way they used to. Dont worry, my tastes change over time. I used to hate the Rolling Stones but the have grown on me over the past 5 years.

Who knows, maybe I will someday go back and bang to Metallica some day.

Some of the early 90's grunge rock I hated when it was released but it is better listening to must of what is on the air these days.

Time has a weird effect for some reason.

I started to find AFI pretty good. I really like their cover of NIN's "Head Like a Hole". I think AFI's version is better then the original.

KMFDM's cover of NIN's "Terrible Lie" is a nice one too.

It seem's like Nine Inch Nails was a pretty good band.

Well... the timeframe is 1990-present... pearl jam has been aroudn since 1991-present... they have kept putting out new albums, have been extremely influental, and are all-around amazing to listen to. Plus with the whole boycotting MTV, they had a genuine fan-base, not just the video-of-the-week listeners you get so often today.

I'd say Green Day.  I'm not a fan, but they sold albums like crazy and their music is catchy.

Honestly, I don't know. There have been so many good bands, but they have broken up. I would have to say Cursive, though they are on hiatus.

I don't understand why everyone is saying greenday. Sure, they had good music back in the early 90s, but not this new crap they are putting out.
