Low, BUT you can Run a 850psi Tank threw it, the Stock Regulator is good enough to where it will drop it.

^ thats pretty good. That'll work just fine, you will just need to use the guage that the Ion already has on to lower the pressure down a little. -------------

regulator should be preset so you don't have to change the pressure on the tank at all. -------------
