There are many factors that affect the path and can cause swerving. Bad or dimpled paint, unclean barrel, oil in the barrel, and weather conditions (temp, humidity, ect). First just clean out your barrel with hot water to get out oil or paint. Then squeegge it dry. If you still have similar problems, try differant paint.

your veloctiy is probly too high.

The break will cause the balls to curve too.

You have a 21" barrel.....well then, most likely thats where the curving balls has originated...and most likely as well you had to adjust your velocity beyond 300 fps jus to get the balls out of that useless monstrousity....when you do get either 12" or a 14" barrel, take your marker to your local pbshop and have them adjust the velocity for you.

a barrel that long is only good for one thing... ranges of over 100 yards and since a paintball will never see that distance all you need is 16" at the longist

I would be willing to bet that the 21'' barrel is the problem. A paintball only uses the first 6-8 inches to accelerate, after that it needs porting to let out the gasses. The longest you should ever go is 14" It's been proven that anything after 14" will actually slow the ball down, and make you lose accuarcy. Not to mention that your ball to barrel fit could also affect accuracy and range. Also lets take into consideration that a shere full of liquid will only fly so straight.

Trust me, I went through all of this when I was trying to figure out what size barrel I wanted to get.(I chose a 14" Freak Kit) This is an argument that could go on forever, but most will agree that 21" is way too much.
