High Pressure Air= compressed air...also called nitro (N) the air we breath is something like 70% nitrogyn.

There are not different types of HPA, but there are different output pressures. Low pressure and high pressure.

There are different types of gas to fill an compressed air tank with.

Pure nitrogen gas and Highly Pressurized Air,(the air we breath, which is already lke 72% nitrogen)

No one fills with pure nitrogen anymore because it is not cost effectiuve to extract the nitrogen from the air we breath, it is so little difference that it is not worth it.

Also there are two types of tanks that hold HPA, carbon fiber wrapped and steel.

Carbon fiber wrapper canhold any of the 3000-5000 psi

steel csan hold 3000psi

LOL- no that's not true at all. The only places I know that fill them are PB stores or fields. You are filling to 3000+ psi that's not your typical auto shop compressor.

Yeah, your average garage air compresser couldnt fill it near past 250psi, and you need 3000psi, at least 800psi for your gun to cycle. You can however fill with a bulk scuba tank, or booster compresser pump (not cheap).

The only two types I think you could be talking about are high and low pressure.

High pressure is 800-850psi.
Low pressure is 400-450psi.

thanks, is there a performance difference between N2 and Air?

^ No. Since air is 78% nitrogen, there is no noticable if any differance in performance. I guarentee you will not find a place that fills pure nitrogen.
