my school gets bomb threats on a nearly weekly basis, bout 17 a school
year, does anyone else have to practice a "code red" drill? we
do...monthly, and one time last semester our school of 2800 was
forced to sit in the football stadium for the entire day while the bomb
squad searched all 7 buildings and most of the trailers....what
is our world coming to?

My school gets bomb threats once a year. Still waiting for this years. Last year, I think it was, some student decided to be fun and call the office and say there is a bomb. That's pretty freaky, in a similar subject, a kid was arrested for the possession of a firearm last Tuesday, after a few students found out a plot that this kid was going to shoot two other students at my school... man, i feel like by saying the problems my school has...its like im
bragging...but im not...just have too many people....Gangs are a big
problem here to, last year we came to school and every single builging
and trailer was covered in graffitti that hadnt been there the day
before....it was a message from one gang to another, we have 4 police
officers that are ALWAYS at school, and usually have one or two more

The police officers being there is no surprise. In Hawaii SROs are required, not sure if they are nationwide though. I know my group director for the Youth Summit to prevent underage drinking was an SRO. Gangs, Drugs, Fights are not rare, every school has them. I am in process of setting up a Youth Court to help curb the problem, hopefully it will work. lol we had lots of bomb threats last year the thing is we had a specific place we would always go when there was a bomb threat so if somebody really wanted to blow it up then they would just have to put a bomb in the football stadium (the one place we alwasy go) and say that there was a bomb in the school. and this year a teacher slept with a student and thats all in the news and **edited** and yeah there was one other thing that i was gonna say but i forgot what it was. if yall want a link to that teacher/student affair then ill try and find a link just let me know. ------------- Rockin' the Ironman Intimidator. They got released? Here in the states they'd go strait to juvi; atleast in Washington. There were a few bomb threats to my school, none were serious. we had a bomb threat last year...everyone though it was a drill untill the bomb squad was seen going into the building and comming out an hour later with a big metal thing. Turns out some asshole made a pipe bomb and rigged it up to somebody's locker so when they opened it...boom...the locker was two away from me and was (at the time) my girlfriend's. So...im thankful someone ratted...or there would have been some major **edited** to deal with. I too have a threat almost every year. In washington, (at least where i go to school) they have a really strict policy. This one kid brought a tazer to school to shock someone in the ass and got expelled for the rest of the year then for half of the next school year. He got them to shorten it to just the rest of the year though. Sniper, the same thing happened about three years ago at the high school. Ive been thinking about this off and on my hole high school career, and i still think it would work anywhere. Take a coke can or soda can, build a bomb in it with a murcury switch, so that when it moves, it explodes. and place it upside down in the middle of the hallway. | alright..first of the two kids from colombine...yeah they were bullied..but they were mostly f-ed in the head. they thought the people they were killing were inferer to them, not by race or anything, they just thought themselves as some sorta god. next i was made fun of every single day of my time in school..from kindergarten to senior year, and you know what. i never killed anyone nor did i ever want to. sure it didnt make me happy, and i wasnt always the most pleasent person to talk to, but it certainly didnt make me want to kill. so that whole its because they were bullied thing that is total bull, its because people who will do that are messed up in the head, have no sense of whats right and what is wrong. |

I must agree with nickman , most people who are bullied dont bring a gun or soemthing into the school planning on ending the life of another person. While we dont have all the bomb threats and the like at my school we have a problem with students fighting with other students or attacking teacher. During out lunch periods,There are 4 of them, our school goes from having 2 police officers there to having 12. And we even have had one kid admit to other students that he has a kill list and if u ask him he will tell u where u are on it < that actually freaks me out. But these people who plan to kill other people dont just have bulling to blame it on there are other reason some we will never know for the reason they do what they do.

...getting arrested for black powder and lead pipe? musta been assembled or something. i have a buddy that has 2.5lbs of gun powder for his muzzle loaders... im not sure how big of an explosion that would make but i think its prity big. i also know he has sevral hundred rounds of ammo and tons of copper BBS.... he uses it for hunting and target shooting...
hitman...i went to school in a small town only about 500 kids k-12 it was for mine and sevral towns around me. we had one bomb threat in the year i lived up there. but there was this kid who brought a board with nails in it to beat someone up (stupid 14 year old kid). this was a few years before i started going there. anyway i got to be good friends with his GF and she broke up with him. he thought i broke them up so he started talking crap about me. i have never seen the kid before or since. anyway im tired and i lost the point. ------------- saving the world, one warship at a time. |

| my school is the one of the worst schools in Missouri. We have a HUGE racism and HUGE drug problems. There's a couple gangs forming. One is the honkys. If you're not familiar, they are racist white people who smoke alot of weed (pretty much all the problems combined into one thing). Well, anyway, the leader of the honkys got jumped by every black person in the school and is now in the hospital with a broken nose, 3 broken ribs, and something else, can't really remember. Our school also has a problem with sex. There's people having sex at church lockins for god sake!....and they're stoned when they do it! Well, i can proudly say i have never done drugs (making it a team rule), i'm not racist, and i don't have an std. Well, the paintball here is good and there's alot of cool people, even if they are stoners, so, it's allright i guess. |

on a bit of a lighter note, we had a lockdown last year...someone found shells in the girls bathroom...whole school locked down, every locked in their classrooms, cops searching the school...turns out the shells (22 cal) came from a kids coat pocket; some of his friends chucked his coat in the bathroom as a joke and the shells (from coonhunting...we call him coon or mullet) spilled out...i was locked in the science room with him...when he explained it was from coon hunting the cops just said "oh, ok fine guess your not in trouble"...hehe we even get deer hunting season off up here in minnesota god i love small towns-2000 people in all hahah |

| At my school there was a kid that threatened a little girl with a knife and threw it at her. He first was showing some kids a knife of his at a basketball game(this was outside the gym) and he told a little preschool girl to kiss him. She cried and wined and he pulled out the knife and then threatened another girl(a little older)(about 5th grade) and ended up throwing the knife at her. Yes very scary. |

retarded. He logged onto his own account in the network at
school, in the morning. Made an e-mail, then e-mailed the school.
We still got to go outside for half of the day just incase, but he was
