ok well, I finally grew a brain and decided that my E98c is a pretty
killer gun if i give it a Chance(I used to hate my E98c for awhile) but
it performs like a Dream there is just one tiny problem that is making
it Dull... PAINT JOB! Well I've decided to take my E98c to the next level... I've almost schedueld for an appointment to send my 98c halves to Rufus and Center Feed it, then I'm ganna send it to Nelson County Customs - and have them do some killer powerder coat my Halves... So in the next month or so I should have one Hell of a 98 Custom.. But this is where some of you guys come in... I have no friggin' clue what to paint it... I was thinking of a Yellow / Navy Blue Fade, or a Green to black Fade... but dont know yet... *:Also when the New WAS board comes out for the Tippmann(A5, and 98c) I was ganna save up and get my Grip Frame Chopped off, and have a 90º Frame with a WAS Inside.(Very Expensive, were talking Hundreds of $$$) then maybe I will be up there in the Top 5. Best 98 customs out there.  -------------

hahaha... yea I could do that... If I was... I'd just storm
Trooper the whole thing. then get all the rest of my
black parts to make it "Pandish" looking. If I can some how get Nelson to put a 90º Grip-Frame on my E98c and with his Super-Ebolt Ram, I couldn't imagine how fast my E98c would go... -------------

heh... Well I maybe able to get a storm trooper paint job done for only $45, so I think I'll go with that... Also, I may just keep my current Grip Frame. 90º would be awsome, but... that would like void every warrenty known to man kind... Alos it would kinda look ugly. I've tried to get ahold of Mike about that "Super-Ram" but i just missed him on AIM.... But so far its looking good... maybe able to "Pandaize" my E98c for under $100, then I'm ganna slap a Shocktech Derlin Bolt(lighter, smoother then stock), and put a Z-board in my eVLoution II to make it 'as' fast as a Halo, and I may dremel some of the feedneck down for a lower ride feel. Also, if it isn't to much extra I was ganna have him put a magnetic Trigger on my E98c for Ultimate Results... So far so friggin good. Results may be back in about a month.  (I need to get ahold of Rufus, and hit up mike on AIM still, but I think I know where I'm going)-------------

heh, have you ever seen a 98c with a 90º Frame?(I have but it was only
a picture). I'm trying to get a "Unique" Feel for my E98c, sorta
like NN has with his... But if I can pull of "pandamizing" my E98c for
under $200 I'm ganna be one VERY Happy little camper. I'm also waiting for WAS to answer my question I asked 2 weeks ago.  -------------

u should mill the letters, and the rear site and the push safe. then fill in the warning on the back with JB weld. as for a paintjob, go for a checkered fade, white to black |

I maybe getting the Battery Box Removed for a Battery Tray inside the Frame... (if it's not to much Extra) I finally found my Toxic Trigger So I dont think I'll be buying another $20 trigger, that would do the same thing as a blade. Edit: I may also be getting a Super E-bolt Ram, and with the centerfeed, and the new Was Board I hope to get around 2bps extra, so that I can start hitting around 15-17pbs. Hopefully... -------------

The "paw" idea would be ight, but add a little bit of Childish looks to
it. a Simple "White" coat would be Good enough, and the rest of my
black gear would bring out the "panda" look for it. Thanks for
the thought though. But Yea. I'm ganna get everything cleared up sunday/Monday of what I'm ganna do, and Send it off on tuesday. then I'll cry for about 3 Weeks till I get it back.... Then im ganna go to SLC and let a can o' Woopass on those "Pro's". Anyone in the Salt Lake City area, PM me, and I may have enough money to let you in as well , as long as you act like a normal human being, and don't cheat over a friggin Rec. Game.... -------------

hahaha, I was thinking of puting like Silver Flakes in, but thats
around $40 extra. Where I'm at right now, I'm looking at around $125
just for the stuff, no shipping or anything like that. But its ganna a
friggin nice marker when I'm finished.... here is what is all ganna be
done to it. -Storm Trooper Paint Job -Stripping of the old paint -Mill off the "TIPPMANN 98 CUSTOM" -Rufus Dawg Center Feed Installed -Quick Strip Modification -Magnetic Trigger -Polished internals Plus the Rufus Dawg Center Feed, and a Rufus Dawg Blade Trigger with Trigger Stop... ^hahaha... lay up of the White Bronco there good buddy... Ok there is a diffrence between "CPS" and "BPS" cycles.per.second(meaning Dry firing), and Balls.per.second(your live, and ready to go). With my current board, I've some what mesured my speed at around 20cps w/ Response Mode. But with pbs I can only get 13(max) then the chopping begins after. a 98c can only cylce "perfectly" at 13-14pbs without Chops. Why i said I pray to get "15-17" becuse with polished internals, a new Derlin Bolt, and Center Feed, it will allow my 98c to have a much smoother Cycle in the end result will be a faster "Max" rate of cylce, I'm willing to spend $100 to get that extra "2-4pbs". But I hope everyone likes it. I tolled everyone that when they saw my LP-E98c this is not the last of it. I still got alot to go... then i about sold it, then relized I love the gun, it just looks really friggin stupid. So I hit up KPCS(or w/e) got a quote almost out of my league, then a internet friend sent his gun to 'Nelson County Customs'(good place good customer service )and
came back with good results. Then I got a quote from them, like friggin
perfect for what I wanted, so loe an' behold, I called up Rufus
today(there closed), and got the end results at Nelson of whats going
on, now I just have to wait for Rufus to answer there phone to see if
they accept Western Union Money orders, and if they do "BLING BLING!!!"
here comes a new blade trigger, and Center Feed, then when that
arrives, I'm ganna call up Nelson, get a comformation of what I want
done. Then send it off to them, then cry for about three weeks. then
once it returns, I'm ganna have one Hell of a fun time in SLC. then I'll be greedy, post some stupid teasing pictures, then do the whole shabangabang, and let everyone Drool over the marker that makes Matrix's look like Trash... Then... After thats all over I have to wait till april 10th for WAS to release there Tippmanns board, then take it back to SLC and have a "professional" board installer guy install it, and make sure there is no lame wires or anything, then, I'll have more fun in SLC. Then I'm ganna... ganna... hmm... I dont know what I'll do... Get a life maybe? -------------

^ Here are a couple of 90º Frames I was thinking for my Summer Upgrade.(I dont think I want the WAS Board for the tippmann when you can have it for the impulse/timmy/trix ) V2 Ripper Frame  Ripper V-S - Vert Frame  OTB Frame I think I'm ganna go with the OTB more then the other two... -------------

The only thing I dont like about the OTB Frame is the trigger... I
don't know if that's included or not, but it looks a little sloppy, I
may go with the V2 Ripper if I can find some good detailed pics of it.

My Center Feed is on its way from Rufus... so far... -$32.25, still got $237.75 left... I don't know the "True" price of what NCC is charging but it shouldn't be over $100... well it better not... Edit: Maybe I can Still order that Stuff from County I intended but forgot I had a paycheck coming in on the 20th(I had $430 going into this project), so I had plenty of Cash on hand, but then after Gas($30)... Insurance($75)... Cell phone Bill($45)... I was reduced down to $280  , Then I bought a New Alarm Clock...($8), and now... I'm at where I'm at...  -------------

Well I've added a bit more of what I wanted done... -White PC on Recivers -Mill off Rear Sight -Mill off the "Tippmann 98 custom" part -Mill off Push, Fire, Safe -Mill off the Lip around the Velocity Adjuster -Fill in Pat#, Warning -Rufus Dawg Centerfeed installed -Magnetic Trigger -Polished Internals -Quick Strip Recivers(Quick Acess to the Bolt) -Extra Port Hole in the Vertical Adapter -Trigger Stop Thats about Every Modification I can think off that will be useful on my E98c with looks and performance... <sigh> Anyone know any other modifcation that can be done with out hacking on it? -------------

Panda, do you really want to make your marker to stand out and look unique....try to look for some small pics of a Panda and have the person who is going to do the paintjob apply the Pandas all over your marker....jus like that one I saw in several paintball mags..I forgot what kind of marker it was and who was using it but, it had the Louis Vitton "LV" logo all over it and the same marker was painted in a gold color. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!

I dont think I am going to take the battery box off... i got money,
but, thats another $20. I'd rather spend that $20 on paint... This little project is $175 and I only have $265, and I want to spend the rest on small things like new Hoses, Grips(if needed), and a Trip to Salt Lake City, and play at Paintball Planet(Can get VERY expensive). -------------

I dont know if I'm going to NJ for sure yet.... My brother and I
