Just painting your gun will viod the warrenty. Any modification will. So if your warrenty doesnt expire soon, dont do it. But the warrenty isnt really nessessary. Sure its a great conveiniance, but Tippmann do not often need new parts.

When i got my gun powder coated i just sand blasted it and the serial number or any lettering did not become hard to read or gone. Even after the powder coat was done i can still read it fine.

well i dont want to send it in to get powercoated and i think it would get destroyed because it is on there so lightly.

only sand the paint, not the metal.
