oh gee, its me.

I have a whole bunch of hair thats singe. I was filling my butane kitchen torch, because i drained it trying to heat up some loc-tite.

Me not realizing that butane is a dense gas, i emptied the can (over the sink) into the torch. The can leaks cause its toward the end. I fire up the torch to make sure its working right.

Of course I didn't realize that at this point the entire sink was filled with butane gas, including the garbage disposal. Fiery 2 second inferno, and then a boom from the disposal.

I burnt left eyebrow, left eyelashes, part of my hair in the front, a whole bunch of chest hair.

Ouch....

Nicely Done!

This summer I nearly killed myself and 10 other guys 3 times.  We had a really bad fly/mosquetioe/gnat/killer-thing-from-heck infestation in our cabin at the Scout Camp.  Seeing as we didnt have any insectacide and bug repellent?  HA, you might as well rub sugar on your arms.  Needless to say we resorted to more  . . .er, "unconventional methods".

We had 2 cans of bug repellent (from guys that thought it worked) and a can of axe.  We would turn on the lights in certain areas and proceed to fry the buggers till they were gone.  One time we had a bad attack of them, and everyone else was too lazy to do anything.  I grabbed a bottle of bug repellent and my zippo and proceeded to burn them to heck.  When I was finished I turned the can around and saw a blue flame very close to the opening on the can.  Someone behind me yelled "Blow it out!" (censcored version) and I did.  Had I not noticed it , I would likely have blown the crap out of our cabin and burned a fair bit of the surrounding forest down (we had a large amount of flammable liquids for special "projects" ).

I did the same thign two more times.  The second was for the same reason as above, cept this time I checked and blew it out.  The second time I was making an "axe cannon" and accidently manged to get the tip on fire again.

What someone should try some day. Is when you have an empty water bottle or gaterade bottle and some keyboard cleaning stuff, you know compressed air. Well you take the can turn it upside down and spray the liquid into the bottle let it collect. About i should say... A good swig. Then put the cap back on and make sure its tight. And let it sit and get warm, it will expand and build up presure. Then when the water is warm again. It will be cold at first. Walk outside, and throw it on the ground. You will get a VERY VERY loud BANG. We dented a mustang at work once with this so be careful.

I tried it with a 2 litter bottle.  I couldnt get the liquid to stay liquid while I was filling the bottle.

Because of tools like that durring free shoot at my Scout camp I had to watch them and make sure they fired all their shots off and didnt smuggle them off to throw in a fire.

My cousin and I started his old couch on fire in his firepit, and all of a sudden we hear a loud POP! Turns out, a .22 cartridge had slipped under the cushions. We didn't even think to check the couch for anything.
