ok i just got a 98c today ive had an a5 for over a year and am playing both woods and speed ball both close quarters shooting but mostly shooting frim a further range and i need to know what would be better a flatline or a lapco bigshot, i need range and i really need accuracy cause paint does tend to curve every so often.

Flatline, I would personally get a flatline but it IS VERYYYYY expensive,... but its definitly worth the money. accuracy and distance are unbeatable

I'm having the same exactly problem bigshot or flatline.

I'm going to get the Custom Pro E and no matter what people have said, I still don't trust the flatline with bursts or fully.  I don't know if anyone here and confirm it, but I hear the Flatline can not shoot slanted, you must have the gun straight up to fire correctly. So if you think you might shoot slanted like you may very well be, then you may have a problem.

Now the bigshot, not as much distance but very accurate, it doesn't take up so much space on your gun like the flatline.  The bigshot is also very durable, where as I would be afraid that if I hit the flatline, the barrel would shift and all my shots would be off.

the flatlines are great but the only problem with them is they are picky on paint...it cant be cheap paint so bcuz of that single reason i would say bigshot over the flatline

Sorry that was very off topic

But yeah, I think Im just going to get the bigshot because its cheaper, and I dont think I'll be playing in big enough areas that I will be shooting 250+yards, I think its more fun to sneak up on him and cap him ...

LMAO, soooo hottttt, but anyway, yeah the flatline's pretty picky,... i normally use either ZAP, 32 Degrees or Draxxus and i'v prob pus about 6000 shots through it and i haven't broke a ball yet,.. I hear it works fine with an R/T but i wouldn't trust it,...

get the bigshot.

I own the flatline and it very picky on paint. The only stuff that stuffs right with it is marbs. If it wasn't so picky on paint, i wood use it more, even on a speedball field.

The flatline is a great barrel (it needs some + instead of -) The ball does curve if it is slanted but for me the flatline will take anything and have good consistent shots. When I put my r/t to the max, the flatline shoots great. I barely have any barrel breaks. The flatline also stays on the barrel very well. The barrel (if secured correctly) will never move. When I had my flatline on and someone was trying to twist the barrel, the flatline didn't even buge. It is a little pricy but well worth the money.

The flatline can't shoot that far. Not even close. You'd be very very lucky for it to even make it 100 yards.
