ok i have finally decided to buy a nitro tank, i dont have more than 100 dollars so i need some ideas about nitros less than 100 ( maybe like a 48ci), and is there anything i need to change on my gun? i already have an expansion chamber and drop foward if that helps or doesnt help, thanks

I have the perfect solution: Don't worry about fiber wrapped, get aluminum (at less than $100, they're less than half the cost).  Fiber wrapped are supposed to be lighter, but if you go into the shop and hold an aluminum and a fiber wrapped in each hand, you'll discover the fiber wrapped aren't that much lighter at all!  And if by any chance you use a remote, than the weight difference is irrelevant anyway.

but will i need to get a nitro tank that has a pin valve or what ever, because i have an expansion chamber so will that limit my options at all?

an expansion chamber is useless with a nitro tank on the gun. it will not change the performance in any way, good nor bad.  get a steel tank instead of the fiber wrapped ones like the other guy said.

buying a really small HPA tank is a waste of money because you hardly get any shots, and you will regret buying it.

What was said about tank weights is untrue.  I have a 48ci aluminum (PMI) that weighs the same as a 114ci fiber wrapped (crossfire).  The fiber wrapped are signifigantly lighter.  A plus for me though, was that I got my large tank used (but just re-hydroed) so it was also signifigantly cheaper.

u need to sell your expansion chamber to help get a secondary reg, cause x chambers are usless with HPA, and a secondary reg is obviously going to help you a lot more. its not required, ur hpa will work, but like i said it will definatly help.

^ hey just wondering, how big is your 114ci tank, compare to an object.

Well buying a 48ci is a waste of money because the most shots you will be able to get out of them is about 450 shots without a reg.
