Hey, I recently repainted my Tippmann, and in the process I stripped the valve. I order a replacement, hook everything up, and now my RT isnt working. I adjust the little screw and no matter which direction, there is no change. A couple times, it worked well, but liquid CO2 was coming out everywhere. Then it would stop. I have no clue, any ideas?

I'd rather not, because I have voided the warrentee.....

Also, I am about to sell it and want to minimize costs....

P.S. I think your sig is larger than what the rules allow

no, I turn the adjustment screw in/out and nothing happens. ONCE IN A WHILE It starts to kick in for about 15 seconds, then stops. During that time, CO2 is coming out of every hole........

I dont think it is getting enough air through the screw in the power tube. And yes, I have the right screw in there. The one with the hole....

I think I fixed it. I didn't notice, but the valve that Tippmann sent me didn't have an o-ring on it. I need to get more CO2 before I can test it though....

A missing external valve o-ring will without a doubt cause this. This is because blowback gases that would normaly be traveling through the RT line, is vented out with the other gas to the rear bolt.

I'm not insulting your intelligence, if you've done this already then good; take it all apart, check every o-ring, ensure the cvx valve is in correctly, put some oil on all the o-rings, check where the banjo fittings screw in to ensure theres nothing blocking those little holes.  Good luck

I checked that even though it was a brand new valve directly from Tippmann! But in case I missed something, Is there supposed to be a constant stream of air from the valve through the fittings if you have the adjustment screw backed all the way out?

^ No there should not be constant flow through that. If that happens it means theres a bad seal in your valve and air would also be leaking through the barrel. Try taking apart your airflow adjustment fitting and check everything in there.

It does NOT have a constant air flow, I think maybe the adjustment fitting is bad.... I am taking it to the shop tomorrow.
