I've had my tippmann 98c for about a year now, just your average joe on the fields, but now I want to be more. So my question is what should I upgrade first? second? third? fourth? and so on. The catch is i don't want an auto so no r/t or e-bolts. I really need accuracy for what I'm doin (woodsball). Because I like to snipe. Also, what do you all think on the DYE Stainless barrel?

Tippmann 98 custom,  9oz, 20oz

I recommend:

1. 14" Dye Ultralite
2. Palmers Stabilizer or Expansion Chamber, depending on how much you want to spend
3. Maybe a stock and coil remote or whatever accessories you want to make your gun look/feel like you want.

Upgrade slowly, determining exactly what you NEED before buying everything you think you need.

Well I heard that the Dye Stainless steel barrel sucks. If you want a good barrel for woodsball and you want to be quiet, then the 01' All American is the best for sniping. They are extremely accurate and are at a reasonable price now. Then you should get the Dead on x-core 8 stage expansion chamber.

Just got back from a day of painting people.

Now I know the first thing I've gotta buy is defiantly a barrel. Since I mostly play woods ball, and like to snipe, I need a straight shooter, so what about the flatline? The stock is good for woods ball in a way because my stock ALWAYS shoots left, so I marked 5-10 people behind trees. But wasn't marking as many straight shots as I shoulda. I heard the flatline has to be lined up to actually shoot straight, but since sometimes you need a curved shot it could also come in handy.

welcome to the forums and all kid, but if you want to earn some respect on these forums, dont say the "s" word.  Yea you know which one, it will start flame wars and arguments that we are all tired of dealing with, especially the mods.  Consider yourself precise if you must, but please dont get people into a sniping argument.
